Who provides the service
Wilder Rincón, a natural person domiciled in Colombia. WireOps is the trading name I work under. There is no incorporated company: no company tax ID, no commercial registration, no registered name. You contract with me and I answer to you directly.
If a company is ever incorporated, this page is updated before that changes anything we have already agreed.
What this site is
This site is informational. It describes services and shows examples of the kind of work I do. It is not a binding commercial offer and there is no online contracting: nothing is sold here, there is no cart and nothing is charged from the site.
The examples on the homepage describe kinds of work, not real clients or results obtained. If a real case is ever published, it will be identified as such and with the client's permission.
How work gets agreed
Every project starts with a diagnostic call, free and with no commitment. That produces a short scope document with the process chosen, what will be built, the estimated timeline and the price.
- Nothing starts until that scope is accepted in writing, even if that is by email or WhatsApp.
- What is not in the scope is not included. If something new comes up, it is quoted separately before it is built.
- Timelines are good-faith estimates and depend on you providing access, data and answers on time.
Prices and payment
- Prices are agreed per project in the scope document, not hourly, unless agreed otherwise.
- Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is paid to start and 50% on delivery.
- Domestic payments by transfer to a Colombian account; international payments by PayPal. Platform fees and exchange differences are borne by the payer.
- As there is no company, I do not issue corporate electronic invoices. I issue a natural-person account statement, which is the valid supporting document in Colombia for this case.
- Any withholdings or taxes that fall on you as the payer are yours and are deducted as the law requires.
What is on your side
- Providing correct access, credentials and data, and telling me when they change.
- Holding valid licences for any third-party tools to be connected. Those are not included in my price.
- Answering questions within a reasonable time: a project stalled waiting for information is paused and rescheduled.
- Being the controller of your own customers' personal data. I process it only to build and run what we agreed.
Who owns what gets built
The code and automations I write for your project are yours once the total is paid. I hand them over with full access: if tomorrow you want to continue with someone else, you can.
I keep the right to reuse the knowledge, patterns and generic pieces that contain nothing of yours. Your business logic, your data and your documents are never reused.
Third-party tools (platforms, AI models, cloud services) remain their owners' and are governed by their own licences.
About artificial intelligence
AI systems are probabilistic: they can be wrong, and they are. What I build is designed so its errors are visible and reversible, not invisible.
- No automation replaces a decision a person is legally required to make.
- Any model output with commercial or legal consequence stays under human review. Who reviews what is defined in the scope.
- I do not guarantee 100% accuracy from a language model, because nobody can.
Warranty and support
- I fix any defect of my own work free of charge for 30 days after delivery.
- It does not cover scope changes, or failures caused by third parties — a provider changing its API, a suspended account, an expired licence.
- Ongoing support afterwards is a separate monthly service, agreed in writing.
How far my liability goes
I answer for the work I deliver and for fixing its defects. My total financial liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the project in question.
I am not liable for lost profit, lost commercial opportunity or indirect damages, nor for outages or changes in third-party services outside my control.
None of the above limits liability that Colombian law does not allow to be limited, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
If either of us wants to stop
- You may end it whenever you want. What has been done up to that point is paid, and I hand over what was built.
- I may end it if the project becomes unworkable, if information does not arrive, or if I am asked for something I cannot do honestly. In that case I refund the proportional unexecuted part.
- Confidentiality survives termination, with no expiry date.
Confidentiality
Everything you tell me about your operation is confidential: processes, prices, margins, customers, volumes. It is shared with nobody and never used as a public example without your written permission.
Personal-data handling is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any disagreement is first addressed by talking; failing that, it is submitted to the courts of the Republic of Colombia.
If anything on this page changes, the date in the header changes. Changes apply to new projects: what we already agreed in writing stands as agreed.
